Home My WebLink About62-205RESOLUTION NO. 62-~0~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, DONALD C. OLSON and RAE E. OLSON have presented to the City a deed dated November 9, 1962, conveying an easement for /~ street purposes at the Southwest corner of Edinger Avenue and Sycamore Street in consideration of the payment of $1,349.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 48559-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and WHEREAS, ~UCY E. EFFEL has presented to the City a deed dated November 9, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, between Broadway and Sycamore Street, in consideration of the payment of $552.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 48573-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and WHEREAS, V~OT.ET B_ ~nMD~RT.T~ has presented to the City a deed dated November 1, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the Southeast corner of Edinger and Orange Avenues in consideration of the payment of $244.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 48532-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
