CITY IS PAYING No CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JAM~S H.
to the City a deed dated November 12, 1962,
street and alley purposes West of Broadway,
and
KINDEL. J~. a~d JO,,~N E, ,A,,NDERSON have presented
conveying an easement for
South of Halesworth Street;
WHEREAS, E. A. REUTER and PAULINE_REUTE~have presented to the
City a deed dated November 1, ~962, conveying real property at the
Northeast corner of Fruit Street and Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, BANK OF SANTA A~ has presented to the City a deed
dated November 12, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at /]/~
the Southeast corner of Seventeenth and Louise Streets in consideration
of the City's reimbursing grantor for improvement of this property for
street purposes, not including the sidewalk paralleling Seventeenth
Street on the North side of the bank building; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1962.
