TO COMPLETION DATE FOR ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL STREET
BOOSTER PU~ING STATION, DECLARING SAID WORK
COMPLETED AND ACCEPTING THE SA~
WHEREAS, due to circumstances not considered the fault of the Contractor, the completion of the Bristol Street
Booster Pumping Station additions was not met by 13 days, and, after study, the City has determined to waive said
3 time.
NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby extends the completion date under contract for
"ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL STR~i~'I' BOOST~ PUMPING STATION," Specifications 62-1, for a period of 13 days, or to November
13, 196e.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby finds and declares that the work for "ADDITIONS TO BRISTOL
STBW~m ESTER PUMPING STATION," Specifications 62-1, has been completed -~ hereby accepts said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
December, 1962.
