CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, THE AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated November 7, 1962, conveying an
easement for street purposes and an easement for alley purposes
North of McFadden (Sugar) Avenue and West of Euclid (Verano) Street;
and
WHEREAS, FAITH EVANGELICAL UNITED BRETHEREN CHURCH, a
corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated December 3, 1962,
conveying easements for street purposes at the Northwest corner of
McFadden Avenue and Raitt Street; and
WHEREAS, RUB~ McFA~N~D~s presented to the City a deed dated
December 11, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at the- ~/'/~'
Southeast corner of Seventeenth and Newhope Streets; and
WHEREAS, ~ nd EE S N have presented to the
City a deed dated December 5, 1962, conveying vehicular access rights /~
on the West side of Broadway, North of Twentieth Street; and
WHEREAS, HODGES BUILDINS ~Q~_O~, a corporation, has
presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated December 11, 1962, quit-
claiming to the City vehicular access rights on the North side of
McFadden Avenue at Hathaway Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the
