IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, _J...J, MURPH~,,9,gd SARA,,~., MURPHy.. have presented to the
City a deed dated December 1, 1962, conveying an easement for street
purposes at the Southeast corner of Edinger and Cypress Avenues, in
consideration of the payment of $242.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 48690-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its.regular meeting held on the 17th day! of December, 1962.
