CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CECIL A. BROCKMAN and PEARL E. BROCKMAN have presented
to the City a deed dated January 2, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the Northeast corner of Bristol Street and Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $33,500.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 3882-MK with United Title
Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. ~tDAMS and FLORENCE E. ADAMS have presented
to the City a deed dated December 13, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the West side of Ross Street, North of Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $60.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 48737-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, NORMA BRUMMETT and RUNSOM E. RUSH have presented to
the City a deed dated December 19, 1962, conveying a parcel Of real
property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Ross Street,
in consideration of the payment of $16,500.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 48491-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1963.
