OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE
APPLICATION NO. 1691 FILED BY MAX G. DILLMAN
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa
affirms the decision of the Planning COn~uission and appeal on
Variance Application No. 1691, filed by MAX G. DILLMAN, is hereby
denied.
