PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND
GRAND S. E. ANNEX NO. 2"
WHEREAs, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 21st day of January, 1963, the protest hearing against the
annexation hereinbelow referred to was regularly held on due notice
and no person appeared to be heard and no protest was filed against
said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against
annexation initiated by Resolution NO. 62-214 has not been made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1963.
