CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, RONALD W. SORRIC and DARLENE J. SORRIC have presented
to the City a deed dated December 29, 1962, conveying an easement
for sewer purposes North of Roosevelt Avenue to Rosita Park in con-
sideration of the payment of $150.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 48860-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, ERNEST R. NEGRETE and LAURA NEGRETE have presented
to the city a deed dated January 12, 1963, conveying a temporary
construction easement North of Roosevelt Avenue to Rosita Park in
consideration of the payment of $40.00; this easement to terminate
April 30, 1963, unless extended by mutual agreement. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 48867-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ANNE J. HANELINE has presented to the City a deed
dated January 3, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes at
the Southwest corner of Main Street and Edinger Avenue in consideration
of the payment of $732.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 48684-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
California; and
WHEREAS, NEAL W. SOPER and KATHLEEN F. SOPER have presented
to the City a deed dated January 3, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Garnsey Street, North of Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $80.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 48767-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1963.
