THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. CONTRERAS and CLARA V. CONTRERAS have
presented to the City a deed dated February 7, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Euclid Street
and Bolsa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, YUMMIES, INC., a corporation, has presented to the
City a quitclaim deed, quitclaiming all right, title and interest in
and to certain property on the East side of Bristol Street, South of
Seventeenth Street. After acceptance this deed is to be returned to
Title Insurance and Trust Company, 800 North Main Street, Santa Ana,
California, for recording through Escrow No. 324690-ET; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of February, 1963.
