THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, DONALD E. TODD and MARJORIE S. TODD have presented
to the City a deed dated December 15, 1962, conveying a parcel of
real property at the Northeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Main
Street in considera~on of the payment of $67,100.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 48324-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, DALE B. SARVER and HELEN A. SARVER have presented
to the City a deed dated February 11, 1963, conveying a parcel of
real property on the Northeast corner of First Street and Santa Fe
Street in consideration of the payment of $41,900.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 49056-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of February, 1963.
