THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MAUDE R. ZEALL and GEORGE H. KRISHERhave presented
to the City a deed dated April 10, 1963, conveying a parcel of real
property at the Northeast corner of Cypress Avenue and Edinger
Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $12,250.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 49451-C with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of April, 1963.
