CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CALVARY CHURCH OF SANTA ANA, INCORPORATED, has
presented to the City a deed dated May 3, 1963, conveying easements
for street purposes on the West side of Tustin Avenue, North of
Fruit Street, and on the North side of Fruit Street, West of Tustin
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RAND DEVELOPMENT CO. INC. has presented to the City
a deed dated May 8, 1963, conveying easements for street purposes
on the North side of Central Avenue, East of Bristol Street, and on
the East side of Bristol Street, North of Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT G. HOLCOMB and MAURINE T. HOLCOMB have
presented to the City a deed dated May 9, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the North side of First Street, West of
Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, FRANKLIN P. NICKEY, JR. and BEVERLY NICKEY have
presented to the City a deed dated May 13, 1963, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes at the Northwest corner of Oak and Myrtle
Streets; and
WHEREAS, SHELDON CHASIN and NORMA LEE CHASIN have presented
to the City a deed dated April 30, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of Warner Avenue, West of Orange
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, EDWARD T. HAMMER and MAXINE A. HAMMER have presented
to the city a deed dated April 30, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue at Rene Drive;
and
WHEREAS, THRIFTIMART, INC. has presented to the City a deed
dated April 30, 1963, conveying an easement for water main purposes
on the West side of Bristol Street, South of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, THOMAS F. HINDS has presented to the City a deed
dated April 30, 1963, conveying an easement for water main purposes
West of Bristol Street, South of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular council meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963.
