HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-094RESOLUTION 63-94 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY WHEREAS, tentative agreement has been reached between the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY and the Public Works Department of the City for the installation of flashing light signals at the grade crossing over Warner Avenue, West of Newport Avenue, and a document expressing said agreement executed by the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY and dated November 12, 1962, has been prepared and presented to the City whereunder the City is to pay 5~ of the cost of said installation, now estimated at $5,305.00. NOW, THER/EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute that certain agreement between the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY and the CITY OF SANTA ANA, dated November 12, 1962, for the installation of two flashing light grade crossing signals with actuating and operating circuits, etc. to warn traffic at the crossing of said COMPANY's tracks on Warner Avenue, West of Newport Avenue. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1963.
