30-FOOT WIDE STREET EASEMENT BETWEEN
FAIRVIEW AND SULLIVAN STREETS, NORTH OF
McFADDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1963, the City Council adopted Resolution
NO. 63-87 declaring intention to vacate and abandon a portion of
street easement described herein and fixing date of hearing on said
vacation; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on said question on
notice contained in said published Resolution and posted notices as
required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby finds that the portion of street easement
herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes and makes its order vacating and abandoning for street
purposes that certain street easement in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A 30-foot wide easement for street purposes North of
McFadden Avenue running between Fairview and Sullivan
Streets as granted by deed recorded August 18, 1908,
in Book 159, Page 90 of Deeds of said Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1963.
