CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
W~EREAS, CARL H. McCULLAH and ELSIE E. McCULLAHhave
presented to the City a deed dated May 13, 1963, conveying an
easement for alley purposes West of Oak Street, South of Walnut
Street, and an easement for street purposes at the Southwest
corner of Oak and Walnut Streets; and
WHEREAS, WILL B. CROSS and CHARLOTTE B. CROSS have presented
to the City a deed dated May 20, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Euclid Street, North of Hazard
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, NEAL D. MINTER and ESTHER L. MINTER have presented
to the City a deed dated May 21, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Memory Lane, West of Bristol
Street, and an easement for street purposes on the West side of
Bristol Street, North of Memory Lane; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without~cash consideration
being paid to said grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
