PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "EAST FIRST STREET
ANNEX NO. 3"
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held
June 17th, 1963, a protest hearing against the annexation herein
referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law,
and no written protests were filed against said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
and declares that a majority protest against the annexation herein-
above named, notice of which was given by Resolution No. 63-81, has
not been made.
