CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEP~EAS, the SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT has presented
to the City a deed dated May 1, 1963, conveying a parcel of real
property located East of Fairview Street, South of Warner Avenue,
as part of the consideration for the execution of a deed by the
City to said School District as authorized by Resolution No. 63-73
adopted by the City Council on May 6th, 1963; and
WHEREAS, FAIRLANE HOMES, INC., a corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated May 29, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Fairview Street, North of
McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, SAM OSAMU NAKAMURA and TOKIKO NAKAMURA have presented
to the City a deed dated June 3, 1963, conveying an easement for
water main purposes On the South side of Bolsa Avenue, East of
Mountain View Street, with no cash consideration, but in considera-
tion of work to be done at said location by the City in accordance
with Escrow No. 49767-K with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
