A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
TO ROSS D. AND DOLORES P. MURO
WHEREAS, heretofore the City entered into an agreement to
sell to ROSS D. and DOLORES P. MURO a certain piece of real property
on the South side of Walnut Street, East of Daisy Street, for the
sum of $500.00, payable in monthly installments; and
WHEREAS, payments under the terms of said agreement have now
been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed
quitclaiming to ROSS D. MURO and DOLORES P. MURO the real property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
The South 18 feet of Lot 13 in Block A of Tract 233, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within a
spandrel shaped parcel bounded Northerly by the North
line of said South 18 feet; Westerly by the West line
of said Lot and Southeasterly by the arc of a curve
concave Southeasterly having a radius of 25 feet and tangent
to said North line of the South 18 feet and tangent to
said West line of said Lot,
and deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at' its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963.
