HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-115RESOLUTION 63-115 ADOPTING PRECISE STREET ALIGNMENT OF FLOWER STREET BETWEEN THE CENTER LINE OF SEVENTEENTH STREET AND A POINT 200 FEET NORTH, AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT PPSA %07 WHEREAS, after recommendation by the Planning C~,~Lission that a precise street alig~hment be adopted by their Resolution No. 5620 after public hearing thereon; and WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council, on notice as required by law, said Council has decided that the recom- mended precise alignment be adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and determines that the public interest, necessity, convenience and general welfare require that a precise plan of alignment of Flower Street between the center line of Seventeenth Street and a point 200 feet North, and the same is hereby established, and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment plan of said street as shown on a detailed drawing entitled "PRECISE ALIGNMENT (P.P.S.A.-07) FLOWER STREET, 17TH TO 200' NORTH", copies of which said drawing are on file in the Department of Public Works and in the Planning Department of the City for inspection by the public. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council Of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963.
