A QUITCLAIM DEED WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HERBERT C. YOUNGER and SHIRLEY MILDRED YOUNGER have
presented to the City a deed dated May 23, 1963, and MONTY RICH has
presented to the City a quitclaim deed dated May 23, 1963, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the East side of Fairview Street,
South of Seventeenth Street, in consideration of the payment of
$1,987.86. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 49648-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1963.
