CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, J. & J. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated June 17th, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the South side of Eighth Street,
West of Shelton Street; and
WHEREAS, BILLY W. ROBINSON and PATRICIA G. ROBINSON have
presented to the City a deed dated June 19th, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the East side of King Street,
North of Fifteenth Street; and
WHEREAS, LIONS CLUB OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated June 17th, 1963, conveying
an easement for street purposes at the Southeast corner of Anahurst
Place and Broadway; and
WHEREAS, JOHN A. O'CONNOR and JEAN M. O'CONNOR have presented
to the City a deed dated June 21, 1963, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the East side of Fairview Street, South of Edna
Drive, for no cash consideration, but in consideration of work to
be done at said location by the City; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 49894-K with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963.
