IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NOMA F. CALVIN has presented to the City a deed
dated August 14, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the West side of Bristol Street, South of Edinger Avenue, with
no cash consideration, but in consideration of street improvements
to be made by the City at said location as shown by Escrow No. 40147-K
with Security Title Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has presented to
the City a deed dated July 1, 1963, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, East of Sycamore
Street; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and HUGH H. FOREMAN, JR., the acting City Manager,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1963.
