~ALAR¥ OF THE CITY MANAG~ OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA; CALIFOP~NIA
WH~EA~; salaries of the city msmagement field have continued
to increase throughout California so that now Santa Aha is payin~ its
City Nanager at a level below other cities with approximately the same
population. The City Council has determined that the City Manager's
salary should be increased to brin~ it nearer to the norm for cities
of similar size.
NOW~ TH~{EFORE~ BE IT RE~OLVED: That the salary for the
position of City Manager of Santa Ana; California; is hereby fixed
and established at $2140.00 per month.
BE IT FURT~]{ RE~O~VED: That said salary shall be paid in
the same manner and at the same time as other monthly salaries in the
City are paid; and that said new salary rate shall take effect and be
paid from the 1st day of September ; 1963
PA~SED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of ~~ 196_~_.
