CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, YOUNG'S TURKEY RANCH, INC., a corporation, has
presented to the City a deed dated August 27, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes at the intersection of Chestnut and
Harper Streets; and
WHEREAS, WENDELL F. SULLIVAN and MARy ANN SULLIVAN have
presented to the City a deed dated August 14, 1963, conveying two
parcels of real property at the Northwest corner of Bolsa Avenue
and Jackson Street; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Hugh H. Foreman, Jr., the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September, 1963.
