CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM I. ADAMS and NINA D. ADAMS have presented
to the City a deed dated August 27, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of Towner Street, North of
Edinger Avenue, in consideration of the payment of $25.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 4689-RB with United
Title Guaranty Company, Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, H. S. THOMPSON and EUNICE BYRD THOMPSON have
presented to the City a deed dated August 15, 1963, conveying a
parcel of real property on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East
of Shelton Street, in consideration of the payment of $13,000.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 6003-RB with
United Title Guaranty Company, Santa Ana, California; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Hugh H. Foreman, Jr., the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September, 1963.
