A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
On the North side of First Street, East Of Clara Street, dedicated
to the city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to First Street,
and the present owners have now requested driveway loca~ons across
said area and the City has determined to grant the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAy APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular
access rights to First Street over the Easterly 30 feet of Lot 24 in
Tract No. 3932 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 138 at
Pages 11 and 12, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of October, 1963.
