AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND
THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR POPULATION ESTIMATE
WHEREAS, the City desires that the Department of Finance
make an estimate of the increase in population of the City of
Santa Ana as provided for in Section 194.2, Streets and Highways
code, and agreement for the same has been arrived at and reduced
to writing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
that certain Agreement between said City and the Department of
Finance hereinabove referred to, and said Clerk of the Council is
directed to forthwith mail to said Department of Finance three (3)
copies of said Agreement, executed by the City as therein provided
fo~ together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
