VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1848 FILED BY CARL ARTHOFER
AND JACK D. McCLEAN
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha upholds the decision of the Zoning Administrator and appeal
on Variance Application No. 1848 filed by CARL ARTHOFER and JACK
D. McCLEAN is hereby DENIED.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1963.
