CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE SIEGEL, a married man, LAWRENCE I. BONIN,
a married man, KONSTANTIN SPARKUHL, a married man, and ROBERT F.
ROBINSON, a married man, have presented to the City a deed dated
November 26, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Mohawk Drive; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
