TWO DEEDS GRANTING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS
TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the North side of First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights to First Street; the present
owners have now requested driveway location across said area and
the City has determined to grant the same; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the Southeast corner of Edinger and Standard Avenues dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights at said location; the present
owners have now requested driveway locations to Edinger Avenue and
to Standard Avenue and the City has determined to grant the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Vice-Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDER-
LYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD
vehicular access rights to First Street, West of Tustin Avenue, and
deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Vice-Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular
access rights to Edinger Avenue and to Standard Avenue and deliver
the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1963.
