THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~RVIN L%FLEETING and MILDRED L. FLEETING, have
presented to the City a deed dated January 3, 1961, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the North side of Bolsa Avenue,
West of Verano Street, in consideration of the payment of $192.00,
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45649-F with
the Security 'Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa
Ana, California; and
WALTER WOOD have presented to the City a deed dated De~cember 30,
1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the N~rth side
of Bolsa Avenue, West of Verano Street, in consideration!~f the
payment of $192.00. Said transaction is. to be handled through
Escrow No. 457!~-F with the Security Title Insurance Company,
825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, J~ES A. McCALLA has presented to the City a deed
dated January 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard, in con-
sideration of the payment of $9~30.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 45527-F with the Security Title Insurance
Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, DAVID G.
to the City a deed dated January 10, 1961, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of
Harbor Boulevard, in consideration of the payment of $2,~79.70.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 4552~-F with
the Security Title Insurance Company,
~icCALLA and JAh4ES A. ~IcCALLA have presented
825 North Broadway, Santa Ana,
California; and

HENSON have presented to the City a deed dated December 15, 1960,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of
Edinger Street, West of Fairview Street, in consideration of the
payment of $257.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 45638-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825
North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
have presented to the City a deed dated December 29, 1960, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the North side of Edinger Street,
West of Fairview Street, in consideration of the payment of $347.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45680-F with
the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEREAS, NASH MACIAS has presented to the City a deed dated ~1~
December 28, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Newhope Street, ~n consideration
of the payment of $540.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 45676-F with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825
North Broadway, Santa Ana, California-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'l~at the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of January, 1961.
