CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
HE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
Sections 3201, the City declares that portion of: RESOLUTION NO. 58-226 adopted
on the second day of September 1958, ordering the curb painted YELLOW on the
Southside of Sixth Street between Main and Bush Streets, as follows:
East 19 feet of the West 82 feet
is hereby repealed anl rescinded, cud the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21458 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3218, FREIGHT
LOADING ZONE is hereby established as follows:
The south side of Sixth Street between Main and Bush Streets, as follows:
East 55 feet of the West 137 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YELLOW and install
signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
