QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SAI~TA ANA ·
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the North side of First Street, West of Townsend Street, dedicated
all vehicular access rights to First Street to the City, and the
present owner, GRESCHNER-RABEC, a general partnership, has now
requested driveway locatio~ across said area, and the City has deter-
mined to grant the same; and
~{EREAS, the owners of certain property located on the South
side of Delhi Road, East of Susan Street, have heretofore dedicated
to the City all vehicular access rights to Delhi Road, and the present
owners, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, ANTON H. SEGER-
STROM, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P.
SEGERSTROi~, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROi~, JR., and JEA1QlqETTE E. SEGERSTROM,
a
have now requested/driveway location across said area, and the City
has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quit-
claiming to GRESCHNER-RAB~Q~ a general partnership, all of the
vehicular access rights on the North side of First Street, West of
Townsend Street and to deliver the same to said owner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming
to t~F~h~R2f_~, SEGERSTROM, ~$ d~c. SEGERSTROM, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM,
NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM,
.PIAROLD '£. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM, all of the
vehicular access rights on the South side of Delhi Road, East of
Susan Street, and to deliver the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the Sth day of February, 19~1.
