On motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried,
lng Resolution entitled:
"Resolution Accepting Two Grant Deeds"
the
from Joseph A. and Rachel Callens, conveying a strip of land 210 feet
wide extending southwesterly from Santiago Creek and bounded on the
sou~heas~ by Tract No. 1608, and from Santana Inc., conveying an ease-
ment for sewer purposes 10 feet in width running westerly from Alona
Street as shown on a Map of Tract No. 1478, a distance of 284.89 feet,
thence running northerly and northeasterly across the westerly portion
of the land of Aaron Engle and of Lawrence Wakeham to the southwest
corner of Tract No. 1608, was read, considered, designated Resolution
No. 52-84 and passed by the following vote:

North Poplar Street, North B~istol Street and alley, for
public use for highway purposes, was approved and proper
officials authorized to sign map, subject to the following
conditions: (1) that the proper bond be submitted and
approved by the City Attorney; (2) that the words "for ~lood
control purposes" be deleted; (3) that a grant deed be given
to all of the portion of land lying within Santiago Creek
to be designated as Lot #Am on the Tract Map.
On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried,
the City Council adjourned.
