CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE T~REWTTH:
BE,IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Municipa~ Code~
Section 3201~ the City declares that portion of RESOLUTION NO. 55-109 adopted on the
15th day of Msrch 1955, ordering TWO-HOUR parking on
NORTH ~ROADWAY
On both sides of Broadway between Tenth and Seventeenth Streets
The North 3~0~
is hereby repealed aud rescinded~ and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code~ Section 22507, and Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3216~ NO PARKING
zones are hereby established as follows:
BROADWAY
The East side of Broadway between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets
T~e West side of Broadway between Seventeenth and Eighteenth Streets
The East side of Broadwa~ between Fifteenth and Seventeenth Streets
The North 340'
The West side of Broadway between Fifteenth and Seventeenth Streets
The North 340'
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install the NO PARKING ANYTIME
signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTEDby the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
held on the 6th day of February 1961.
