Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2022-043) to Provide Development of Outreach Campaigns
and Collateral Materials for Public Works Agency Special Projects and Events
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Straightline
Communications ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 5, 2022. the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two-year period though April 4. 2027. Any insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terns and
conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
