OF QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property dedicated
to the City all vehicular access rights on the North side of Warner
Avenue, West of Wright Street, and the present owner, HELM'S BAKERIES,
a California corporation, has now requested driveway locations across
said area, and the City has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitcla~eed~ ~.~ ~.-. ~.,uit- ....
North side of Warner Avenue, West of Wright Street and to deliver the
same to said owner.
