Re: Extension to Agreement (#A-2022-164) to Conduct a Citywide Parking Study
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between Dixon
Resources Unlimited and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 6, 2022, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period through September 5, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
