CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
have presented to the City two deeds dated March 30, 1961,
conveying easements for street purposes on the North side of First /,
Street, East of the Santa Aha River, in consideration of the payment
of $2,571.75. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No.
45408-F with Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, /'~
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, COCAr O · ~ has presented
to the City a deed dated April 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard,
in consideration of the payment of $90.00. Said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 45602-F with Security Title Insurance
Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
March 27, 1961,
Garnsey Street,
of $13,000.00.

Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, ALICE M. TENEYCK has presented to the City a deed dated
conveying a parcel of real property on the East side of
South of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment

WHEREAS, C~O NEAL SHARP has presented to the City a deed dated
March 28, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property in the Civic Center
area, in consideration of the payment of $38,250.00. /Said transac=lon
is to be handled through Escrow No. 46067-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, california; and /~
WHEREAS, J~?~%U~J~,~%,~.~W has presented to the Cit~~ a deed
dated March 29, 1961, conveying a ~arcel of real property in the Civic
Center area, in consideration of the payment of $12,400.00 as total
consideration for the real property, plus $200.00 for moving expenses.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 46069-C with
Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana,
California; and

WHEREAS, .GABREEL~E M. WILSON, who acquired title as
GABREELLE M. PARTEN, has presented to the City a deed dated April 10
1961, conveying a parcel of real property on the West side of King
Street, North~ Ninth Street, in consideration of the payment of
$26,150.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No.
46086-F with Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway,
Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS,~ O~ ~.~OSEBEARY and FLORA E. ROSEBEARY have
presented to the City a deed dated April 10, 1961, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes on the Southwest corner of King and Ninth
Streets, in consideration of the payment of $1,850.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 46087-F with Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, ..~~has presented to the City a deed
dated April 10, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
North side of Boles Avenue, West of Newhope Street, in consideration
of the payment of $510.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 46113-F with Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North
Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, H~RRY A_..__~.~EY~ JR. and ROSALIE GAILEY have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated April 7, 1961, conveying a parcel of
real property on the Northeast corner of Rosewood Avenue and Edinger/~
Street, in consideration of the payment of $12,600.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 303765-VH with Title
Insurance and Trust Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of April, 1961.
