RESOLUTION NO. ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, AGNES I. WOLD and JOHN R. DANIELL have presented to
the City a deed dated April 6, 1961, conveying vehicular access rights
on the East side of Grand Avenue, North of Fourth Street; and /~l
WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION AND HOME MISSIONS OF THE
CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated April 5, 1961,
conveying an easement for drainage purposes West from Newhope Street,/~
North of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION AND HOME MISSIONS OF THE
CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated APril 5, 1961,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of Newhope
Street, North of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTENSION ~D Hq~ ~I~ION~ OF ,T~-
CHURCH OF GOD has presented to the City a deed dated April 5 1961,
conveying an easement for water and sewer purposes West from Newhope
Street, North of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, BOARD OF CHURCH EXTEN~9~ ,~A~,~q~Q~Q~ .'~
~_~has presented to the City a deed dated April S, 1961, /~
conveying an easement for street and drainage purposes on Andres Place,
South of Melric Drive; and
also known as WILLIAM J. GAGE, and EVA H.
~.have presented to the City a deed dated March 24, 1961, conveying
a parcel of real property for street and highway purposes on Catalina
Avenue, Easterly from Tustin Avenue to Ponderosa Street and Southerly
to Catalina Avenue; and
. . Q ~A~Y~ have presented to the City a: deed dated April 11,
1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on the Northeast corner
of Warner Avenue and Harbor Boulevard; and

WHEREAS, ALBAN HOLTZ and BERNADINE HOLTZ have presented to the
city a deed dated April 13, 1961, conveying an easement for street /~
purposes on the East side of Grand Avenue, South of Washington Street;
and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH S. NARKEWI~H a~d HAZEL~, _~!~H have presented
to the City a quitclaim deed dated March 8, 1961, quitclaiming all their
interests in an easement for street purposes on the South Side of Bolsa/~
Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of April, 1961.
