AND SECTION 3.1 OF RF2OLUTION NO. 58-281
WHEREA~, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted
Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan
for employees of the City of Santa An a; and
WHEREA~, it is now des£red to add two new classes to the list of class
titles contained in said Resolution and to allocate them to a salary and wage
schedule number and to change the salary of one other class contained in said
Resolution.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That Section $ of Resolution 58-281
is hereby amended by adding to said Section $ in proper alphabetical sequence
the following class titles with the salary and wage schedule set opposite them
as next herein set out:

Com~ercial Representative

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution 58-281 is
hereby amended by chs~ging the rates for Sports Official--Adult as next herein
set out: Sports Official--Adult~ $2.50~ $3.00~ $4.00~ $4.50 per game.
BE IT Ft~THER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall t~ke effect upon
adoption.

regular meeting held on the 15th day of .... May ~ 1961.
