CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PEARL WALL LANG has presented to the City a deed
dated May 25, 1961, conveying an easement for sewer purposes on the
East side of Tustin Avenue, North of First Street; and
WHEREAS, ~_~_~__ND has presented to the City a deed
dated May 23, 1961, conveying an easement for ingress and egress to
construct, operate and maintain a traffic signal at the Southeast
corner of Westminster Avenue and Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, GARDEN GROVE SCHOQL DISTRICT Q~ ORANGE COUNTY has
presented to the City a deed dated May 22, 1961, conveying a parcel
of real property West of Andres Place, North of Sugar Avenue; and
and ~EN ~...BANKS have presented to the City a deed dated May 16,
1961, conveying vehicular'access rights on the Southeast corner of
Bristol Street and cubbOn Street; and
WHEREAS,
tion, has presented to the City a deed dated May 15, 1961, conveying
vehicular access rights on Harbor Boulevard and Huntzinger Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN PACIFI~ ~MPANY, a corporation, has presented
to the City an indenture dated June 27, 1960, conveying easements for /~$
drainage purposes South of Central Avenue, between Southerly prolonga-
tions of Garnsey Street and Birch Street; and

WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of June, 1961.
