EXECUTION OF INDENTURE BETWEEN SOUTHERN PACIFIC
COMPANY AND CITY OF SAI~TA ANA GRANTING AN EASEMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EIGHT-INCH
WATER LINE UNDER GRANTOR'S RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA Ak/A:
That the agreement, nominated an Indenture, between the City and the
Southern Pacific Company wherein said company grants an easement to
construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate one S-inch water pipe
line beneath the tracks and property of said Company at Engineer
Station 130+62, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are authorized and directed to execute the same for and
on behalf of City.
