BE IT RE~OLWDt That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha ~unicipal
Code, Section 3201, the City declares that portion ors RESOLUTION NO. 57-191
adopted on the 15th day of July, 1957 orderings
Ail traffic on Raitt Street to 'Yield"
right of way to traffic on Willits Street
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause signs to be reproved.
BE IT Ft~THER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and 21351 and the Santa Ann ~unicipal Code, Section
3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows~
At the intersection of Raitt Street and
Willits Street, A 'Stop' sign directing
traffic on Willits Street to stop to the
traffic on Raitt Street
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to
effectuate the regulation as hereinahove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of The City of Santa Ama at its regular
meeting held on the lgth day of June , 1961.
