RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN
ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF GOLDEN WEST
AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS {ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 204) IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA~
W~EREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1961, a hearing was
duly and regularly held for the hearing of protests and appeals
on the assessment filed for the improvement of Golden West
Avenue and other streets (Assessment District No. 204) in the
City of Santa Aha, California, as described in Resolution of
Intention No. 60-249 adopted by the City Council on the 5th day
of December, 1960; and
WHEREAS, it iS the opinion of the Council that certain
changes and modifications should be made in said assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain assessments be made and
modified in accordance with the schedule of the changes and
modifications attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That the City Official who made, signed
and filed the assessment for the above captioned improvement be,
and he is hereby instructed to make the changes and modifications
as set forth in the schedule attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and to return the same to this council upon the making
of such changes and modifications for further consideration of
this cou/%cil.
