Civic Center Parking
CIVIC CENTER PARKING PROMOTION AGREEMENT

C CENTER PARKING PROMOTION AGREEMENT, is made this day of
,1992, by and between the CITY OF SANTA ANA ("CITY") and the COUNTY OF
COUNTY"), without regard to number or gender.
R E C I T A L S
A. CITY and COUNTY entered into a Development Agreement (Agreement) dated
December 15, 1987, and amended August 5, 1991, for development of parking
facilities in the Santa Ana Civic Center.
B. "Phase 1 Facilities" have been constructed under the Agreement and are used for
public parking and CITY and COUNTY parking.
C. Revenues from the Phase I Facilities and other parking facilities operated
under the Agreement are used to meet the parking facility lease payments and
maintenance requirements of the Santa Ana Civic Center.
D. CITY and COUNTY desire to conduct certain activities to promote use of the
Phase I Facilities and to maximize revenues by attracting Civic Center visitors not
currently using the Phase 1 Facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, CITY and COUNTY hereby agree as follows:
I. CITY's City Manager (Manager) and COUNTY's Director of General Services Agency
(Director) may, from time to time, by mutual written consent, authorize specific
activities to promote public use of Phase 1 Facilities.
II. Such promotional activities may include, but are not limited to, printing and
distribution of advertising flyers; media advertising; and distribution and
redemption of coupons for discounted parking.

Agreement the day and year first above written.
