CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, B. B. MASON and OLIVE M. MASON have presented to the
City a deed dated April 12, 1961, granting the.East 43 feet of
Lots 10, 11 and 12 in Block B of Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana,
as shown on map recorded in Book 34, Page 93 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles Cotuaty, in consideration of the payment of $11,200.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow Number 46123-E with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July, 1961.
