CON~RRNING PARKING LINITATIONS A~ CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~
BE IT RESOLVEDt That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
Section 3201, the City declares that Article 3 of Resolution No, 56-268 adopted on
the 15th day of October, 1956 orderingt
The intersection of Fourth and Artesta to
be a four-way stop intersection
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of public Works is hereby directed
to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDs That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Cede, ~ection 21359 and the Santa Ann Municipal Code, Section ~201, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follo~st
At the intersection of Fourth and Artesta
Streets, STOP signs directing traffic on
Fourth Street to stop to traffic on Artesia
Street'
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOIrrED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
