PRENTICE PARK ZOO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT
For the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, receipt of which is hereby authorized, the City of:
Santa Ana and the County of Orange agree to modify that certain
contract between the parties dated February 5, 1974, entitled
Revenue Sharing Agreement and .concerning Prentice Park Zoo as
follows:
Paragraph IV is changed to read:
"For purposes of this agreement Prentice Park
Zoo shall be completed no later than October 29, 1976,
and all funds, -received under this contract shall be
disbursed or encumbered on or before that date."
J:N WITNESS 11HEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Modification of the Revenue Sharing Agreement.on the z5Z, day
1976.
